Ordering
How do I order a test?
Choose a test on the tests page and order online. You get an order reference straight away.
My peptide is not listed. Can you test it?
Possibly. Tests are listed by type, not by peptide. Tell us the peptide and its label claim before you order.
Can I order several tests at once?
Yes. Each test needs its own vial.
Is there a priority option?
Yes. Priority analysis is an add-on: your sample goes to the front of the queue on arrival.
Sending samples
What do I send?
One sealed vial per test, as supplied. Do not open, mix or reconstitute it.
How do I label it?
Write your order reference on the vial, or on a tag fixed to it.
Where do I send it?
The laboratory address is being confirmed. It will appear on your order and on the sending your sample page.
Can I send a sample from outside the UK?
To be confirmed. Please contact us before posting from abroad.
Do I get my sample back?
To be confirmed. Our retention and disposal policy is being finalised.
Results and certificates
How long does analysis take?
Each test page shows a planned turnaround in working days from receipt. It is provisional, not a guarantee, until we confirm it.
What does purity mean?
The main peak's share of the total peak area in the HPLC-UV chromatogram, at the wavelength stated on the certificate.
What does content per vial mean?
How much peptide we measured in the vial, in mg, against a reference standard. We also show it as a share of the label claim.
What does identity mean?
We measure the molecular mass by LC-MS and compare it with the expected mass of the peptide on the label.
Who checks my result?
A second analyst, who did not run your sample. Nothing is issued until they approve it.
Can a certificate be changed after it is issued?
No. If a correction is needed, we withdraw it and issue a new one. The withdrawn record stays online and says so.
Verification
How do I check a certificate?
Scan the QR code on it, or enter the report number on the verify page.
The key is missing from my copy.
Then it cannot be checked. Ask whoever sent it for the full certificate.
The record differs from my PDF.
Rely on the record on our site. Then tell us, quoting the report number.
Does the key have to match case or spacing?
No. Upper or lower case both work, and spaces and dashes are ignored.
Payments
How do I pay?
Payment methods are being confirmed. They will be listed here before launch.
Do prices include VAT?
Our VAT position is being confirmed.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Invoices sit with your orders in your account.
What if I need to cancel?
Our cancellation and refund terms are being drafted. They will be in the terms of service.
Privacy
Who can see my results?
You, and anyone with the report number or the QR code. A result is only listed publicly if you choose.
What name goes on the certificate?
The client name you choose. It can be a trading name or initials.
How do you use my details?
To run your order and send your results. The privacy notice explains the rest.
