Method
Technique: LC-MS
- LC-MS measures the molecular mass of what is in the vial.
- We compare the observed mass with the expected mass of the peptide on the label.
- The certificate states both masses.
Limits of this test
- It does not measure purity or content.
- It checks for the peptide named on the label. It is not a screen for unknown compounds.
