Method
Technique: HPLC-UV
- HPLC-UV separates the sample on a reversed-phase column.
- Purity is the main peak's share of the total peak area.
- Content is measured against a reference standard, in mg per vial.
Limits of this test
- It does not confirm identity. For that as well, choose full peptide analysis.
- Purity counts what the UV detector sees at the stated wavelength.

What do I need to tell you?
The peptide on the label and the label claim, for example 10 mg. You give these when you order.

Yes. The certificate shows the chromatogram and peak table from the instrument file.
